  For well over 40 years I have provided vocal, piano and organ musical expertise to churches, private clubs, Senior Centers, restaurants, weddings, and milestone anniversary and birthday celebrations. I have a broad range of repertoire, which includes sacred, gospel, pop and some classical.   I directed the activities of a non-profit mentoring organization. My duties included recruiting mentors, matching them with children, monitoring ongoing relationships between mentors and children. In addition, I put out a quarterly newsletter and provided two monthly social activities for an enrollment of approximately 52 families, including 80 - 90 children. I worked with the local Juvenile Court who provided part of our funding. It was also my responsibility to apply for grants and financial assistance. We were a United Way organization. Special Friends is no longer functioning under the original Business Plan or Mission Statement. Show less
