Keystone Program - Coordinate and manage Keystone Teaching Fellows and Teaching Assistants programs and assist with program operations, including: offer and rejection letters, payroll documentation, and schedules. Oversee Keystone spending (current and future) and provide budget analysis to the Keystone Directors and Associate Dean. Make decisions regarding purchase of materials and supplies to support the Keystone program/courses. Coordinate committee formation and meetings forKeystone/STS Annual and Promotion of PTK faculty. Undergraduate Student Affairs - Coordinate course transfer credit requests by evaluating course content and completeness and select appropriate faculty evaluators for assessment. Compile results and provide liaison between evaluators and the University’s Transfer Credit Services. Compile documentation for faculty teaching award nominations. Review teaching evaluation results from CourseEval for each nominee and prepare results for the selection committee. Submit College I-Series and Scholarship in Practice courses for their inclusion in new general education requirements for undergraduate students. Collect and analyze data to determine undergraduate student qualifications for College Honors Program and Dean’s list. Review freshman applications using College criteria, including applications, essays, letters of recommendation and transcripts. Analyze results and submit to Admissions. CBTF - Manage the Computer Based Testing Facility (CBTF) by advertising, hiring, supervising, andoperations on the testing facility.
