This resulted in other USAID supported projects in requesting technical assistance in how to implement high frequency reporting system. Developed and revised data collection tools according to evolving stakeholder requirements. Built the capacity of M&E officers and data entry clerks at field sites by offering technical support, mentorship, and training, both virtual and onsite, related to using data for decision making, M&E systems, and data collection processes. Worked with the sites to resolve any challenges they were facing with their data by developing an action plan and following through to ensure it was executed. This assisted in the project maintaining a HIV positivity rate of above 20% for over 2 years. Assisted in the development of project reports by interpreting and presenting the data according to stakeholders’ requirements for dissemination purposes.
