Nelida is a dynamic leader with outstanding communication skills. This was my first year in economic development and I was fortunate enough to work with Nelida. She is willing to share her vast knowledge and guide people patiently and diplomatically. Nelida is highly organized juggling several large projects at one time. I enjoy learning from and working with Nelida.
