  Providing a range of theory-based, evidence-driven learning sessions for professional who identify that understanding the dynamics of domestic abuse (what perpetrators do, how that impacts of those experiencing it, how societal/structural issues shape those experiences) will help them to do their job better. A regular lecturer at the Scottish Police College, Scottish Prosecution College, and trainer for CPD courses organised by health boards and local authorities.Tutor on Queen Margaret University's 'Gender Justice' course offered as cpd and as a fourth year course for sociology and psychology students.Author of:“What Can Contemporary Gender Theory Contribute to An Understanding of Abuse in Same Sex Relationships?” Scottish Journal of Criminal Justice Studies 2008.
