Nekita Jones is one of the most professional people that I have ever had the privilege of working with. During my time at Bloodworks, she not only gave me every resource that I needed to thrive but always treated me with the respect of a valued team member. Before she left Bloodworks, she went to great lengths to train myself and other staff members in various database tasks we'd have to shoulder and created extensive guides for us to referred back to. She's a talented fundraiser, and I hope one day I'll have the privilege of working with her again!

In Nekita’s time as my assistant, I had grown to trust her with more and more responsibility, because she had proven to be reliable and efficient with all types of work. She is organized, efficient, extremely competent, and has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. Her communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent. Nekita was well-liked at IHS, The Institute for Human Services, and other employees knew they could go to Nekita with problems and concerns, since Nekita was willing to listen and could often come up with solutions. She is also of good moral character, and is kind and generous to those around her. Nekita has been nothing short of a phenomenal employee for the short period of time that she worked at IHS. I was more than pleased with the work Nekita did for our organization. In summary, I highly recommend Nekita for any position or endeavor that she may seek to pursue. She will be a valuable asset for any organization. Please contact me if you have any questions via email at LeanneA@ihs-hawaii.org or call me at 808.447.2810. Sincerely, Leanne Aken Development Coordinator, IHS
