Championed all design projects for national home builder, including product / home design, building material selection, hard and soft landscaping character for every development. Directed product development / enhancement activities. Worked with Land Director on land acquisition and feasibility studies to ensure maximum number of residential properties was proposed for each project. Contributed to all designs award entries. Led design meetings and presented to public and council officials for each development proposed. Developed Essex range of home styles to comply with Essex Design Guide in place for region that stated specific design criteria for home design, proportions, styles, and community layout. • Dedham Home Design was selected from entries from 15 regional offices to be featured in an advertisement and article in Daily Express, a large international newspaper. • 50% more land secured in area where company was previously unsuccessful, as a result of development of new home plans in accordance with strict design code.
