Their Network delivers multiple services including LAN/WAN, Voice, IPT, Firewalls. I was responsible for the correct implementation of the BT management template, enabling proactive monitoring and management via the BT management suite I represented BT by attending the client site meetings in Slovakia, also perform performing a full Due Diligence audit of the Networking equipment that we would be taking under management. This meant meeting the customer, at various levels, to perform the tasks. I then moved into the sales team and was given pricing and ordering duties for IP Converge, IP clear, and various other UK and International products, this involved providing access and network pricing to customers and also raising orders. I provided pricing and design support on customer bids. I received a Directors award for my work during my time in BTB Custom Solutions.
