I had the opportunity to work with Neil and rarely have I found a team member that focused and driven. He has a strong grasp on engineering principles as well as product management. He is always willing to contribute and brings great ideas to the table. His attention to detail and professionalism were top notch. Neil worked for me in the past during his time with France Compressor Products. He performed very well in his Product Engineering roles while taking on a wide variety of tasks that included: new product application, field troubleshooting, service and field sales support, and product and quality support on the manufacturing floor. He also managed large design projects and developed new design standards for new products. He was dependable, detail oriented, customer and service focused, and provided both direct and indirect leadership for the other engineers on the team. I would recommend him for any role that encompasses the above range of activities.
