  Neil Nappi oversees Reliant’s security operations, which entails overseeing Reliant’s Mobile Response Teams (MRT), tasked with maintaining security at properties, investigating incidents, and serving as liaisons with local police, tenants and community leaders; assessing the security needs of new properties; and continuously improving Reliant’s operating procedures. Prior to leading Reliant Safety’s security operations, Neil had a storied career with the NYPD. Retiring at the rank of sergeant, he gained vast expertise in Crime Prevention, Implementation of Crime Strategy, and Crowd Control. Following his successful service as lead supervisor for the Manhattan North Narcotics Major Case Team with the NYPD’s Organized Crime Control Bureau, he was deputized as a Federal DEA Agent, handpicked to be Group Supervisor in the elite Drug Enforcement Task Force where he supervised a team comprised of DEA Agents, NY State Troopers and NYPD Detectives. Neil in his years with the NYPD and DEA Task Force completed training in a variety of Law Enforcement and Leadership related training courses and exercises. He has also received training from the NYPD Counter Terrorism Unit in the Assessment of Critical Infrastructures and Dignitary Protection. . Other duties and responsibilities: *Interface with law enforcement *Proactively assist law enforcement with active High Level Investigations *Provide video data to support both Civil and Criminal Investigations *Conduct internal investigation into alleged acts of misconduct by employees *Provide expert testimony Additional responsibilities include working hand in hand with IT personnel to operate and maintain over 10,000 cameras utilized by Reliant Safety nationally.
