Monitor local and BEE procurement performance and encourage and motivate improvement activities. Providing the Company with guidance and have an in-depth knowledge of public legislation and policy as they relate to Inclusive Procurement. Assess quarterly overall BEE spend and improve recognition spend for Black Female, EME and QSE spend. Negotiate the necessary Service Level Agreements with all key Supply Chain partners to ensure that all outsourced deliverables are met on time, on budget and at the expected service levels. Within limitations, renegotiate the terms of existing contracts with suppliers, i.e., review pricing and the duration of the contract by mutual agreement and the inclusion of additional clauses (for clarification) and secure required approval. Work closely with all business stakeholders to understand their needs, have regular reviews, and deal with issues and escalations. Identify, manage, and report risk within the company. Show less
