I first met Neil as he was leading his own Team, and doing bi-weekly demos of their product, which was a Common Framework for Front End that all the company products could use. He was doing really great, and as colleague he was always collaborative, and listened to all the needs for my product and requests. Interaction was great. After successfully finishing his project, he was transferred to my Team (DRAID), reporting to me, where he did a fantastic job, and was working on defining our APIs, contributing to the source code, doing reviews from other colleagues and fixing code and tests when necessary... Working with him has been great: he works hard, focused, is easy going, good mood, and is very skilled in technology. I feel really happy to have met him and to have him in my team.
