Jeff Wilson

Neil is a true team leader and team player with a management skill set that gains respect from all those working alongside and around him. ‘WYSIWUG’ is the best analogy that I can provide being that he is open, honest and fair, with a clear focus on service delivery, culture, H&S, financial and a best for project attitude that we could all learn from. He has the respect within his own team and with the Clinical teams / Support Services that he and his team supports. An outstanding Manager and great bloke that has always had my utmost respect in all he does and achieves.

Neil does care for the balance sheet,at the same time never backwards to make a tough decision while still respecting the staff he is in charge of.While directing the responsibilities he is in charge of,he always manages to treat those under him as his friend.Neil is a loyal bloke.

I ran one stream of the Mainstream Conference on several occassions, key parts of this function were making speakers feel comfortable and in control and ensuring they kept to the time schedule. I have also presented papers at Mainstream in NZ and Aus as well as the the first STO conference in the States run by Eventure Events (sister company to Eventful). Started with ABB after maintenance at CHH Tasman outsourced to ABB. Worked with and for some excellent people including, Shane Coleman, Nico de Witt, Joe Spirito, Brett Radford, Glen Forster, John Stewart plus a lot more. The variety in this job was fantastic and provided me with a lot of opportunities. Joe even got me to work in Shanghai for 3 months. Left this role and went back to tasman for family reasons.
