Responsible for the design and implementation of special, customized programs, strategies and tools to facilitate the achievement of Saudi nationalisation targets for multiple drilling contractors and national operators. Develop a Competency Assurance Management System by incorporating real works/tasks for each site specific section/department requirements. Review of all available training course contents and provide necessary recommendations to ensure all training activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
