Neil is a great manager throughout my time at Bidfood. I had the pleasure of working with a Neil on many projects he leads by example. Neil is a fantastic communicator and leader of teams who is extremely customer focused, for whom he has a great wealth of knowledge within the industry, honest, reliable and a go to person for getting things done and supporting both steak-holders internally and externally. His ability to grow both existing customers and new by way of developing relationships and taking the time to understand customer requirements and satisfy them is a testament to his analytical yet personable approach. I cannot recommend Neil enough.
