I joined Seascape to assist with the company’s development & growth after a specialist dive-support vessel was taken into the fleet in late 2014. I work closely with the business development & contracts management functions to ensure all requirements are addressed during tender preparation and maintain constant contact with clients throughout the proposal writing, cost estimating and negotiation phases. I am also responsible for subsequent handover of successfully awarded contracts to the project teams. My main achievements during this time have been the award of a number of valuable contracts for the provision of saturation & air diving, inspection and ROV services for decommissioning, flexible pipeline installation, light construction, inspection, riser installation and survey projects. Responsibilities • Carrying out detailed review of enquiry documents to enable full understanding of requirements with knowledge of SKKMIGAS PTK/007 tendering procedures; • Ensuring all requirements are identified for inclusion or qualification and clarifications and liaising with client to seek further information as required; • Development of tendering and contracting strategies for Lump Sum projects; • Management of internal stakeholders input and third-party engineering interfaces; • Preparation of commercial proposals and project cost spreadsheets; • Input to negotiation of terms and conditions with customers and suppliers to achieve the best commercial position with minimum exposure to risk; • Compilation of pre-qualification documentation; • Lead and facilitate commercial-to-operations project handover meetings.
