I have been extremely fortunate to work for Neil at Fuji Xerox and Australia Post. The belief and respect he genuinely shows in his staff is rare but infectious and has the wonderful effect of developing self-assured individuals who regard team targets as their own. Neil’s keen perceptiveness and empathy rapidly develops trusted relationships, permitting refreshingly open, honest conversations with real outcomes. He was and is an amazing support, coach and mentor. I value his good judgement, common sense, strategy and knowledge of business process and I often sort his ability to quickly identify the root of a problem and then propose the correct solution. He has been a genuine resource for me, actively maintaining strong internal and external connections and always happy to lead from the front when required by making a call, attend a meeting or doing whatever was required to get the right outcome.
