  Neil is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 26 years’ experience in private practice. He studied Building Surveying at Glasgow College of Building + Printing and started working with Graham + Sibbald in 1999 where he became an Associate in 2007, before being promoted to Partner in 2013. Specialising in Project Management, Construction Monitoring, Contract Administration of Refurbishment Projects, Neil also regularly undertakes Dilapidations Surveys and Negotiations, Building Surveys of commercial, industrial and residential properties, defect analysis, Reinstatement Valuations and Stock Condition Surveys – for clients across the UK ranging from Sanctuary, MITIE TFM & Scottish Power to individual companies and organisations.
