  Currently working as a Training and Engagement Officer for a local training company. My responsibilities include the day to day operation of apprenticeship programmes within specific occupational sectors / geographical areas for a given number of learners with the aim of completion of frameworks. To recruit, assess and induct learners onto programmes. To also review, assess, support, guide and council learners. Agree individual targets and deliver within agreed timescales. Conduct adequate learner reviews, assessments and verifications. Design, implement and deliver training programmes. Assist companies on matters relating to their training needs. I have completed the A1 assessor’s qualification and Level 4 Internal Quality assurance qualification.
