Summer Undergraduate Intern
-
Jun 2021 - Aug 2021
Collaboratively developed the design and control of a novel ankle exoskeleton that utilizes hand-shearing auxetic actuators to change the setpoint of a compression spring. Additionally, libraries in C++ were created to implement PID position control on the custom-built servomotor. Though the official internship has ended, current efforts are being made to implement FOC on the exoskeleton to improve reliability, precision, and efficiency.
