Neil is a pleasure to work with, he has a friendly nature whilst demonstrating enthusiasm in any project that may come his way. I had the pleasure of working with Neil as a Coach at Marks and Spencer, where we worked closely together on a daily basis in the training and progression of new employees. Neil's personable nature made him well suited to the role, enabling often nervous and young new employees to feel at ease. He always had an effective strategy for keeping the candidates on track, whilst organising achievable target plans for them to follow. He was a well liked member of the team. I would not hesitate in recommending Neil and it would be a pleasure to work with him again.
