  In my current role as Team Leader I have been managing up to 15 server, desktop, networking & administration and support staff, managing large and small scale projects, support and maintenance of the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), implementation of new technologies, relationship management with both the business and enterprise technical teams, managing recruitment for the Brisbane service delivery team and all technical support activities.
