Bio
Dave Kummerlowe
I have had the pleasure of working directly with Neil Hart for over 10 years. He was a key member of the Kimberly Clark Emergency Response Team and volunteered to respond to incidents to protect the lives of his co-workers, fellow responders, the public and the environment. He received hundreds of hours of hands on practical training from my company in the areas of hazmat, first aid and confined space rescue. Neil was always one of our "go to" guys on the team. He was professional, positive, always willing to step up to learn and apply his skills with a constant focus on safety. In addition to his ongoing training Neil on more than one occasion "did the deed" and responded to actual incidents where his training and preparation was put to the ultimate test. In every case, he responded safely and helped mitigate a situation that otherwise could have injured others or damaged the environment. He earned the respect of the Everett Fire Department Hazmat Team by demonstrating his capability to the them on more than one occasion. He was a leader on his Emergency Response Team. When responding to potentially dangerous and life threatening incidents I would take great comfort knowing I had a team of Neil Harts by my side. Please feel free to contact me at any time if I can provide more information on Neil's behalf. Dave Kummerlowe, President, CADRE, Inc. Woodinville WA. hazcadre@mac.com
Troy Woodard
It was my privilege to work side-by-side with Neil as Peer Outreach Workers serving 750 dislocated workers from our Everett Mill. Neil was instrumental in providing leadership to our team and kept our projects organized and on track. His compassion for fellow employees showed through in his tireless work ethic and determination to help every single person who came through our door. While maintaining a caring environment, he also kept our office efficient and productive. Neil Hart embodies integrity and trust in everything he does, and was a true servant for those people in their time of need.
