As Project Director I was responsible for several major master planning, commercial and industrial developments throughout Scotland. Responsible for the master planning and implementation of over 25 separate projects at Strathclyde Business Park, which total over 660,000 sq ft of commercial and industrial space. Designed and implemented the new headquarters for NG Bailey which was the first commercial building in Scotland to achieve an ‘A ‘ rated EPC and an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating. Master planned and implemented over 15 separate commercial developments at Hamilton International Park which total over 480,000 sq ft of business space.
