The daily task involves transporting special education students from home to school in the morning and back home again in the afternoon. Very satisfying work with a "very special" group of clients. The daily task involves transporting special education students from home to school in the morning and back home again in the afternoon. Life is good. I joined "health" in 2007 knowing nothing about the sector. Work in relationship management lead to managing projects and now to being part of the new National Health Board business unit. Pleased to say I know a little more about "health" but am still learning. Current activity is aimed at delivery of the National Health IT Plan and creation of a shared health record for people in NZ. Following retirement from Police we bought and completely renovated a badly run down house for subsequent sale. This was a complete "change of course" from previous experience and probably netted me about $4 an hour. With the odd bit of consulting work mixed in with small building contracts (and plenty of leisure) this was a great lifestyle change until George Jarmulski at Masterdrive Services Ltd "spoiled it" by offering me a new challenge with his company.
