We operate and manage 7 rehabilitation and nursing centers; 2 transitional housing centers including Liberty House for veterans; the NH Food Bank (the only mass food distribution warehouse in the state that helps 430+ other nonprofits feed the hungry); an immigration and refugee legal services program helping people from the period of adjustment (green card status) to naturalization (citizenship); 10 district offices around the state (offering counseling, parish and community outreach services, etc.); pregnant young adult nursing, parenting and life plan support; the Caregivers program; and St. Charles School, an intensive therapeutic educational day program for abused and neglected children.
