have worked with Neil up to and including the Commonwealth Games Delhi and Glasgow. The experience gained has been most rewarding and particularly useful

Bert van Horck

Neil Fergus had a huge task ahead of him in his capacity of Senior Adviser to the Commonwealth Games Federation, when Glasgow 2014 had preparation delays around the Security and Stewarding Functional Areas. But throughout the intense process of change Neil remained focussed, calm and in control, giving guidance rather than argue, acting as a beacon to which the Glasgow team was able to steer towards a safe outcome. In the delivery phase Neil was an excellent motivator leading to a very open and honest transfer of knowledge to the Gold Coast team. It was a pleasure and honor working with Neil.
