Marinka van der Eng - Verkuil

I have had the pleasure to closely work together with Neil when he was Managing Director EMEA. First of all Neil has a great personality and sense of humor. He creates a positive atmosphere in a team, and manages with a personal eye for every team members' strengths and needs. Neil has the great ability to immerse in and quickly understand about new markets, trends and technologies. He is very committed, he is a hard and smart worker, always striving for the best outcome, and determined to achieving more than the best. Neil is a fast thinker, who easily combines ideas, skills and needs into a solution, direction or quick win that contributes to customer success and company results.

I really liked working for Neil. It's rare to get a senior manager (although youthful in years) that has the skill expertise and knowledge to steer through some very uncharted waters. And to do it with humour, good grace and sensibilities for his people. I watch and marvel at how he can perform such a feat and still be his own man. But that is Neil and he is an absolute asset to his employers.
