  - Manage the designs handmade titanium, Ti/carbon, and steel bicycles.- Analyze client body data and converse with clients to develop specifications.- Use AutoCAD to draw frame specifications for new clients.- Draw production plans for frames using SolidWorks: tube dimensions, angles, stay bend profiles, etc.- Research component specification documents and use hands-on mechanical skills to ensure frames meet tolerances and accept the latest components.- Develop build kits for road, mountain, gravel, triathlon, tandem, and fat bikes.- Create presentations to train retailers in differentiating bike models, collecting client body data, and assembling and fitting custom frames.- Communicate designs with international distributors, particularly Germany, France, UK, Japan and S. Korea.
