  Hi - many thanks to all those people who have been in touch with me this year after I decided to step down as CFO of Purplebricks after a fantastic journey of taking the company from being worth c£5m to over £1bn and counting. I'm taking some time off to have a rest and think about life as well as spending time with my family and especially my dad after my mum died last year. A big shout to some very special people who have believed in me in getting the job done and some, especially Matthew Farrow, Michael and Kenny Bruce and finally the legend that is Paul Pindar, without whom none of this would have happened.
