Whilst working with him at NDC, Neil mentored, trained and inspired me to be my best and embrace complex, multi-disciplinary integration projects from specification development, through to programming design, commissioning, documentation and support. He is dedicated to such an extent as spending time outside of usual hours to ensure our team understood any difficulties we encountered and got the job done to the customer's satisfaction.
