  I have designed various website and programmed back-end functionality for a few applications. Most notably, I programmed a student and faculty comment writing system using ASP.NET and SQL SERVER. This application greatly enhanced the Holland Hall middle school parent feedback system. The system allowed clear communication between the school and parents. This included an archived database of student progress that faculty and administrators could access with ease.

  Commenced coaching at Tulsa Rowing Club Juniors in the fall of 2002. At that time the program had ten athletes and practiced three times a week. Currently, the program has over 60-70 student athletes from 7th through 12th grade. In addition, the club now owns $150,000+ of equipment and employs a staff of 7 coaches to run the entire program. The club has competed on a regional, national and international level. The club rowed in the Thames Challenge Cup at Henley Royal Regatta during the summer of 2013. This was the first time in the history of HRR that a high school club from Oklahoma had competed at Henley. - Management of middle school recreational and high school competitive youth rowing programs. - Responsible for hiring and management of coaching staff. - Responsible for heading up public relations efforts, promoting the club and the sport of rowing in the area. - Responsible for equipment maintenance and management. - Responsible for heading up fundraising efforts. - Responsible for coaching the novice and learn to row student athlete programs. - Responsible for reporting to the TYRA board.
