In 2014 I moved into a service Manager roll and in this time we developed a team and went from managing a team in the Midlands running service but also developed into the south of the country working closely with bringing new engineers into the trade. at the same time building up the Midlands depot and the through flow of units including installs of new refrigeration units to new vehicles. This also has given me a great opportunity to work along side a huge variation of customers from retail, supermarket and Pharmaceutical all bringing unique challenges and different operational needs. This has all helped with giving a huge amount of diversified experience in different transport sectors. Show less

During my time hear I developed the skills in completing bespoke conversions to vans, truck and trailer. We specialised in Fridge conversions, specialised NHS mobile units, Mini bus conversions. This gave me the first opportunity to be involved in the transport industry and see the ever involving needs of customers and needs. Never a dull moment...... This is somewhere I started washing cars as a Saturday job, Which quickly progressed. During this time we did running repairs to cars be it Insurance repairs to service work. The more interesting side was working on the restoration of classic cars from Morris minors to Maserati's. Some of the best life skills where learnt from this time which are still used today in my current role. This is somewhere I started washing cars as a Saturday job, Which quickly progressed.
