It’s rare that you come across standout talent like Neil! I had the pleasure of working with Neil for two years at Maple Event Group, collaborating on many projects as members of the Executive team. I was particularly impressed by Neil's strong communication skills. Neil has an amazing ability to communicate through both written and oral methods in a clear, concise, and effective way to individuals on all levels of the organization. Effective communication sometimes included negotiation. When conflicts surfaced between co-workers or management and employees, Neil had an excellent ability to assist both sides in finding middle ground, so that a compromise could be reached. Neil would be an asset to any team.

He was an outstanding coach who consistently provided feedback and supported the entire management team. Responsible for the whole employee experience and engagement of the MEG team. We had an average employee Net Promotor Score (NPS) of +56, the average across our industry was -11. In 2018 we were named #7 on the Best Places to Work list across Australia, making us the #1 rated hospitality business in Australia for small to medium businesses.
