Selected to be a part of Pioneer Academics, the world's only online research program with US college credit for high school students. Researched on creating generative art on processing.js. Completed mini projects based on coding algorithms like Rabin-Karp, simulated annealing, etc. Worked on implementing the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm which is based on string searching/pattern recognition, and used the output to generate art for my final project. Co-authored a research paper with Dr. David Perkins from Hamilton College on the KMP algorithm and the output produced. Successfully completed the project and received the grade (A-) for the paper.
