  Responsible for carrying out customs duties as part of a special campaign carried out by the Kosovo Customs anti-smuggling teams known as “FAST” (Flexible Anti-Smuggling Teams), initiated by the government and supported by EULEX (European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo) Customs, has been declared a success after dozens of vehicles were seized to include Stop and Search, VCP (Visual Check Point), Mobile Patrols, Profiling and testing of risk, Detention/seizure/confiscation of vehicles that have not committed customs duties,also confiscated narcotics,ammunition ect. sector Cooperation Sector Anti-Smuggling mobile scanner, sectors and branches of KC Customs and other agencies of law enforcement, and Coordination and cooperation with EULEX.

  With the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo or in short UNMIK’s introduction of de facto customs administration after the war conflict of 1999, as a customs officer I carried out checks on all incoming trucks and automobiles for arms, hazardous materials and undeclared goods making sure goods flowing in Kosovo were subject to tariff barriers in all border controls.On 12 December 2008 Customs Service UNMIK Customs became Kosovo Customs.   Supervised a crew of building and facility maintenance trades consisted of many technical crafts from different trades that encompassed many skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and Labor to respond to complex scope of each trade that provided life support to US and NATO Troops deployed in Kosovo. The role included leading a multi-craft facilities maintenance crew, response of/to emergency client requested work/service orders, performed of Preventive Maintenance, conduct of weekly meetings pertaining to the Statement of Work, running wash rack activities, accountable for all government and company property, and personnel training performance to perform their duties IAW applicable principles, procedures and directives in the Area of Responsibility (AOR) and our current BWS.
