Neha joined APAC corporates team as a Management Trainee and I was assigned as her mentor . Right from the very beginning, Neha displayed willingness to learn the nitty-gritties of different sectors and possessed a keen learning attitude. She is proactive and is always ready to take on more complex tasks.As she got promoted as a Credit Analyst and later Senior Credit Analyst Neha took up increasing responsibility and started contributing notably at the team level, even supporting other teams that were operating at full capacity. Other than the Pacific team that we worked for together she also contributed to the Japan, Hong Kong and US teams making her a fungible resource working across teams.
