  -Handle full cycle technical recruiting, which entailed evaluating and reviewing candidate resumes based on their education and training, job skills, desired salary, rates, etc. -Recruit people for various IT positions throughout U.S.A. -Established communications with vendors and clients and added new ones to the database -Assisted in coordinating the interview schedules with the clients -Follow up with candidates on their interviews. -Follow up on consultants on how they're doing in their projects, jobs. -Used various job boards, including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIN etc to find resumes -Negotiated the rates with candidates and with vendors -Market candidates and consultants on bench for various IT positions throughout the country, working with vendors and checking with them to find out if they have any relevant positions. -Recruit U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B's, EAD's, and dealt with all types of tax terms (corp-to-corp, 1099, and W-2)
