  Role Profile: As a recruiter I am working on requirements for experienced Professionals for clients at the middle and senior level.Accountabilities:* Data Mining: Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like Job portals , Job postings/ advertisements, reference generation, Internal database etc. to fill the budgeted vacancies / replacements and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.* Screening & Short Listing: Understanding the Requirement and screening of the resumes.* Profiles are screened based on important criteria like academic credentials, technical skills & competencies, communication, company/ companies worked for, experience, projects, etc. based on the requirement to match the need of the Clientele.* Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc.* Coordinating and Scheduling: Interviews are scheduled for the short listed candidates after getting confirmation from both the client and the candidates.* Following up with candidates for interviews and joining.* Reference checking, interaction and coordination with the candidates.* Follow up process until the candidate joins. * Point of contact for client management and coordination as and when required.
