Dr Sreedevi Yadavalli
Neha has grown quickly from a manager to Assistant Director and then to Head of Department in a very short span of time. She is a very quick learner and fulfills the demands of a dynamic role in fast growing organization. Her adaptability has especially withstood the testing times of the pandemic where she had to remote-manage a team and get them to perform even though half of them did not have access to desktops while working from home! We coordinated on presentations Neha needed to prepare for corporates. I was struck by Neha's understanding of the issues related to education. She made extra efforts to build her understanding. I have come across very few people in resource mobilization who are dedicated to the vision. Neha has received very good responses from the corporates she used to interact with. I have seen her struggling single-handedly at times but she has ensured that the event was a success. Neha is someone with whom I would love to team up with again.
