I had the opportunity to train and guide Neha while she was working on her summer term project "Risk Assessment of Clean-in place (CIP)/ Sterilization-in-place (SIP) circuits in a Biopharmaceutical facility and their validation. She was an inquisitive trainee who sought not only to learn the procedures, but to improve upon them as well. Furthermore, Neha is dedicated to efficiency and easily adapts to new procedures as well, making her ideal for a changing environment and she has special analytical skills in clean room process activities.
