SELECTED PROJECT EXPERIENCE: GENENTECH, INC. | VACAVILLE, CA ADA Compliance Study - Campus-wide Project scope provided a campus-wide study for Disabled Access Compliance Assessment in accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and CAL OSHA standards. This included the priority of restrooms, door swings, conference rooms, mail copy rooms, grab and go, and cafeteria areas for accessible for forward and side reach. The overall study area is approximately 455,682 sq. ft. Building 9 Platform Lift Design Design of new multi-level gated platform lift, providing janitorial support for 4 rooms on mezzanines in B9. The 4 rooms include HCCF 91211, Lower Fermentation 91230, Upper Fermentation 92210 and Media Prep Support 93225 on the first floor, second and third floors of Building 9. 11,600 sq. ft. MEDTRONICS, INC. | SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO Tenant improvement involves the remodel of existing tenant suites on the second floor of commercial office building. Work included construction of new non-load bearing partitions and new plumbing. The existing HVAC, lighting, power and life safety were modified accordingly. 12,060 sq. ft. LIGANDAL INC. | SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO Tenant improvement involves the remodel of existing tenant suites on the second floor of commercial office building. Work included construction of new non-load bearing partitions and new plumbing. The existing HVAC, lighting, power and life safety were modified accordingly. 12,060 sq. ft. UC DAVIS | DAVIS, CA Chemistry Building Addition and Renovation Design the new building in addition to the chemistry department. The project included renovation of the existing structure and reconfiguring of lab spaces throughout the facility. GLP is working as Lab Planner with HED Architects on this project.
