  Total working experience in the field of Transgenic Technology - Sixteen yearsSince last sixteen years, I am contributing towards improvement of human and livestock health through transgenic technology by generating transgenic and gene knock down animals using genes related to various diseases which may serve as models for drug testing, vaccine development, diagnostics and therapeutics technologies. I am Proficient in Microinjection of one celled embryos, Somatic Cloning Techniques, Testicular Electroporation, Surgical procedures like Vasectomy, harvesting of fertilized ova or blastocysts, transfer of injected embryos into oviduct or uterus, breeding colony management, record keeping. Also working on culture and propagation of Spermatogonial stem cell and its transplantation into infertile recipients for fertility restoration. Well versed with other skillful techniques like Embryonic Stem cell culture Techniques, In Vitro Fertilization Techniques, Cell Culture Techniques and Molecular Biology Techniques etc.
