Knew Neeraj while she was part of the Technology , and later merchandising team, at M&S Bangalore . Had a lot of interaction with her while she was a part of garment technology . The thing which caught my attention was her learning ability, technology oriented thinking and sharpness of the mind-it was amazing !She always had few weapons of knowledge with her but never boasted about it . Her ability to understand a problem and then finding a logical solution was much advanced than many I knew in the field .She always displayed that she is a leader and a team player both .This ability will surely make her an asset wherever she works . As a person I knew her as a fabulous athlete, who can if time permits bring accolades to the state !

I remember asking Neeraj to join my team to launch Arvind's 'Digital First Brands' initiative. And she said yes without hesitation. Have had the privilege of working with her since then. She is a brilliant professional with an excellent attitude towards work, is easy to work with and has evolved interpersonal skills making people around her comfortable. She is extremely hard working, process oriented and logical. She takes responsibility beyond what is given to her and see's work done past the finish line. I will miss our evening conversations in the office on business, life and philosophy. On many a difficult day she would talk and inspire us all to move forward with a positive attitude. Planning, buying and merchandising and her willingness to learn are her strengths. Add that to her being smart, intelligent and with a go getter attitude, she will be an asset in any any position she takes up.

Having dealt with the needs of brands in US and Europe all these years; In the first phase of our existence we wanted to take a big challenge of making an Indian domestic business profitable with export manufacturers. The biggest challenges have been the high overheads with these factories and very competitive and challenging prices of the retailers. We have been able to overcome this by strategising this business very closely and efficiently. We run 2 very successful verticals of this. It’s been a very interesting last 3 years building our company and understanding the right market and clients to focus on. Lot of focus was given on laying the foundation strong and associate with only clients who believe in our vision for the future.
