Worked as a Consultant with an NGO in Mumbai to scale up their impactful work and increase the outreach. I was trained for Lean Six Sigma tools (LSS) and Design thinking tools for improving the program impact of NGOs. As a part of this work, I conducted a primary level research by using Design thinking tools and LSS tools like process mapping, RBT, and Cause Effect Analysis, along with Focused group discussions with different stakeholders. These tools helped me to create a solution (strategies) to improve the outreach of the program in the initial phase of the program for 3 years. The implementation of newly designed strategies increased the conversation rate by 2x for the NGO I worked with. Show less
