Flagstaff Fine Foods is a division of The Flagstaff Group - Illawarra's largest social enterprise employing over 240 people with disability. Fine Foods produces a range of over 100 frozen meals which are distributed Australia wide.As BDM for Flagstaff Fine Foods, I am responsible for new customer acquisition & sales growth, market and product expansion, new product development, customer retention & account management and growth of existing customers. Our customer base spans across a variety of sectors and markets incl Meals on Wheels Wholesale, Health, Not-for-Profit, Community & Government sectors and Retail and NDIS home delivery retail market. Area of coverage is NSW, ACT, QLD, SA and wherever our customer base exists. Also manage Flagstaff's Coffee with a Vision - a boutique coffee roasting facility offering contract roasting, as well as supplying our own brand of coffee beans and products to wholesale and retail markets.Had the pleasure of selling a range of Mobility Aids which Flagstaff warehoused and distributed during my first year of this role. The best part of this role is that by growing our meals output - it directly supports the sustainable employment of over 40 people with a disability employed in the Fine Foods division.

A dynamic and fast paced role looking after the Sales, Marketing and Communications function of Group wide activities - delivering strategic marketing activities across the entire organisation to support business growth and commercial activity. Internal and external stakeholder communication, employee and staff engagement, brand presence and digital & social media campaigns. Key Marketing wins include successful submissions of grant and funding applications, industry and business awards and increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.The Sales component included sales activity for a number of our business enterprises including Coffee Roasting and Wholesale supply, Fine Foods retail home delivery arm, Mobility Aids, Commercial Laundry and our Social Enterprise café with responsibilities including new client acquisition, customer service and account management. Major sales achievements include establishment of number of Social Enterprise cafes with trade partners, acquisition of major linen customers, growth of frozen meals into new geographic areas and launching from scratch the brand new business enterprise of our Mobility Aids business.
