The organization is one of the biggest textile firm in Mauritius. They usually supply t shirts to well known customers such as NEXT, La redoute, 3 suisses, Carrefour, Zara among others especially in England and France. I was responsible for the make up unit producing T shirts for international customers and the production capacity was 27000 units per day. There were 700 employees in the unit. I was successful in improving productivity of workers, implementing an international quality system and ensuring good human resource practices in the organization. Show less
