Job Definition : As Representative Supervisor we are in charge of supervision for airline companys which has not have an actual worker or stations in Istanbul Airport, our mission is coordinating flight’s operation with it’s every stages (deboarding, fueling, loading, boarding etc.) while aircraft is on ground until it’s take-off.Checking the e-mail and SITA messages regarding the daily operation, what needs to be answered reply, if there are changes in the flight schedule, updates accordingly and to inform the relavant units.Preparing weekly flight programms and sending to ground handling companies ,Checking of the necessary personnel, equipment, materials and supplies for the ground handling company to perform ground handling services and make controls the existence of documentation and the preparation of servicesPreparing documents for private aircraft companies and sending their special requests to the relevant unitsIf private jest company's has special requests as hotel, catering and transportation making necessary coordinations,When private jests are doing night stop meeting the crew and guiding them, arranging hotel transportation Doing briefing with passenger service agents about check in counter informations (booking, registration of A/C, inbound and outbound passengers info etc.)Aming the thinking of based on risk while an after while the operation and awairing of operational risks for for raise expected results and avoid of unwanted results making necessary actions.
