  As a chief dispatcher at Budapest Transport Centre (BKK) I am responsible for the incident management of public transportation of Budapest, including tramways, buses, trolleybuses, suburban railways and subway. At work I coordinate the tasks of about 40 incident management dispatchers, who are working either in the office or on the spot to ensure the continuous traffic in the capital.

  My responsibilities as a central traffic dispatcher included coordination of incident management, passenger information system, and managing the spare vehicles of the public transportation system, in order to remove the traffic obstacles and maintain the quality of the public transportation.
