Working with Neal was always a pleasure. A fast learner who catches up fast with new markets and technologies. Neal’s approach in managing expectations is second to none. Always delivering what is expected and do what is needed in order to support the customer in the best way possible and to build strong long term relationships. Recommending Neal is not easy, since I may be missing out on a few strong traits. Above all, Neal is the epitome of business acumen. He knows the business, he knows his customers and thinks ahead of most people around him. While being an extremely clever guy intellectually, he is equally blessed with an important dose of emotional intelligence. People will go along with his projects and ambitions, not because they have to, but because they want to. Neal will get along with lots of different people, he is witty, strong-willed, focussed and eclectic in many ways. In any case, if I were to start a new business or had to build a new team, Neal would always be my number one on my list of commercial/service/management people to hire. Neal can make it anywhere.
